Safety is our number one concern.  We want to make sure every player is dressed appropriately and ready to go.  Without the proper gear, someone could get hurt; either kicked in the shins or outside shivering.  Please make every effort before you leave the house that your player is dressed to play.  Below is a list of recommended items to have at each session:

• Shin-guards (required)
• T-shirt & shorts for practice | MLS Uniform for games
• Socks, over shin-guards
• Soccer shoes
• Water bottle
• Soccer ball > size 3 - U8 | size 4 - U10/U12 | size 5 - U14 and older
